Service is a key word for us. Norcon offers service on its own products, and we hire out service personnel.
When a product is manufactured and tested, it is formally transferred to the customer. The follow-up from us happen through our service department. It consists of highly educated people who are accustomed to working in challenging environments. Most of our systems are connected with our service office through remote support in the warranty period. This is also a service provided after the warranty period.
